The files are not messy and no clutter at all. I used many admin themes from themeforests and most of the times the javascript files are just a mess! The files were written so that the writer can maintain the files easily not for buyer to implement it easily. It’s great that you dont just includes every files on every page and not write just single JS file to call on EVERY ui elements (which usually we wont be using all of them).
